Features Twenty Four Hour skilled nursing care is delivered by way of the customized and resident centered plan of care which is developed, with the benefit of a full complement of other interdisciplinary professionals, with the resident's goals in mind. Care may include administration of Inter-venous fluids and/or medications. Tracheotomy care, Bariatric Services including the availability of over sized beds and other equipment, specialized wound care and treatment, post surgical care, and all types of other special and routine recuperative care. Two Social workers are available to psychosocial and emotional needs of the residents. Arrangements for Psychiatric intervention may be made in accordance with the individualized needs of the residents. Discharge assistance, consistent with the goal to see residents residing in the least restrictive setting, is foremost in the minds of the social workers. |
